What is Bone China Tea?

Bone China Tea is a ‘phantom’ or virtual event. Your guests each receive an invitation to sit down for a cup of tea at home on March 20th and then make a donation to the OI Foundation with the money they are able to save by not attending a live event. The printed invitations even include a tea bag! Dispagna family in tea cups

Here are Some Reasons Why You Should Participate in BCT!

1. Participate from the comfort of your own home

2. Send them to all of your friends and family

2. Order as many paper invitations as you will use, or e-mail your invitations

4. You will be benefitting the entire OI community

Bone China Tea was founded in 1993 by Patricia Kipperman. Since that time, volunteer 'hosts' have brought in more than 11,500 gifts totaling $437,991! What an impact!

Pre-order invitation packets for 2013 by contacting Co-Chairs Jenny and Susie Wilson at jnwilson@aol.com or OISLW@aol.com, or (239) 482-0643.

The number of invitations you are requesting.

When your invitations arrive in January, consider including a photo or writing a brief note

Once you place your invitations in the mail to family, friends and colleagues, preparations for your Bone China Tea are complete!
