Support & Network Groups
|
|
A Local Network Group is a group of people affected by OI, who gather periodically to enjoy each other's company, share information and encourage each other. These get-togethers are first and foremost a community gathering, where social interaction and fun are important aspects of their event.
Support Groups provide a slightly wider range of support services, such as information resources, personal support, and more structured meetings with scheduled speakers. |

If you have questions about OI or about the OI Foundation, please contact bonelink@oif.org.
The contact information on this page is intended to help you connect to the OI community in your area. | | |
| OI community members gain comfort and inspiration from meeting others who have had similar experiences, and the meetings, get-togethers or phone calls offer advice and support. Adults with OI can share their experiences with younger people, thus helping them to cope. And, at all levels, there is an opportunity for friendship among peers.
If you are interested in joining a nework or support group, contact one of the leaders listed below. Meetings and get-togethers are also posted on the OI Foundation's online calendar.
If there is not a group listed below that is local to you, and you're interested in starting a Network Group to connect with other members of the OI community, please visit the Network Group page(s) or contact the OI Foundation. |
